The Position: The Physician Case Deployment Manager reports to the National Medical Director and is responsible for the overall operations of the Physician Case Deployment Department responsible for scheduling physicians for remote oversight of OR cases in over 800 facilities across the US.


Position may be based in Brentwood TN or virtual work-from-home office.  This role manages a team of four virtual Case Deployment Specialists. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day functions of the Physician Case Deployment Department and act as the key contact for internal management as well as hospital administration.
  • Ensure that all cases are assigned a Remote Neuromonitoring Physician and that the criterion for case assignments are met on each case.
  • Schedule associate shifts to provide appropriate coverage during business hours and on-call schedule for national accounts.
  • Partner with Central Scheduling, Credentialing and Medical Office Department to ensure compliance.
  • Work with Intraoperative Neuromonitoring service line and operational leaders to ensure that systems and procedures align with operational performance goals and productivity.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or other related degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years of related experience and training in a healthcare related scheduling or dispatch position.
  • Three years of people management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong professional demeanor with the inherent quality to rapidly establish credibility and rapport with clinicians, managers and external groups.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Credentialing and insurance experience preferred.
